Giving us a call or contacting us is not going to force you to book any of the services that we provide. We wanted to make that clear because a lot of people don’t make the call because they have the mindset that they don’t want to start any type of renovation until later. Yet, they’d like to start getting a feel for costs and what the process would look like. What they don’t want is a company like us breathing down their neck calling in every couple days to ask if they’ve made a decision. That’s not the way we do business. We say all the time we take insulation way more seriously than most people. Therefore, we understand that you may need time to think about what you want to do.
When you give us a call or contact us we’d like you to go on ahead and ask Ross (the owner) as many questions about what we do and how to do it as you’d like. We enjoy talking shop. We’ll want to know when you’re looking to upgrade your insulation. Maybe you don’t even know what the current state of your insulation is and that’s why you’re calling in the first place. A valid thing to do. We can inspect your insulation and let you know what we find. From there, we’ll give you a sense for what we feel needs to be done.
